Lindsay Price is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pre/Postnatal specialist, Sports Nutrition specialist, and Online Fitness Coach who holds a strong and passionate love for living an active and healthy lifestyle.


With seventeen years of extensive training in dance, she embraced three years dancing professionally as an NFL Cheerleader for the San Diego and LA Chargers.


Lindsay competed as a National level Bikini competitor in the NPC for bodybuilding and has held several high placing’s including the title of being a highest overall champion.


Lindsay has cherished the opportunities of working as a published Fitness Model in the November 2015 issue of “Oxygen Magazine” and Team Edge’s “Extreme Edge Booty 2” workout DVD.


Bringing a wealth of energy and enthusiasm to fitness, she is eager to help motivate and empower her clients to surpass their training goals.

What are the coaches like?

Our coaches are true HEALTH GODDESSES in every way. All coaches are certified in their expertise, have invested hundreds of hours in extensive education AND most importantly… WALK THE WALK. Lindsay has carefully selected coaches in specific niches in order for you to form a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Fitness, mindset, gut health and hormones — we got you! All coaches have helped hundreds of women sculpt their body, get fit, bio-hack, develop healthy habits, and create a positive body image. Most importantly, they have been in the same shoes you are in. They know what it is like to struggle and to overcome.

Will my program include a personalized workout or meal plan?

Yes! BOTH! You will immediately schedule your orientation call after being welcomed to BBLA where we will thoroughly go over your plan and any personalization needed. We STRONGLY believe in the MACROS system for body transformations, but depending on YOUR goals and what YOU need in order to succeed, we will provide! You will also have a LOT of free resources, recipe books and sample meal plans already set up for you before you get your personalized game-plan!

My situation is different from others, will my coach be able to help?

Absolutely! Our goal is to prepare you for success because you are NOT broken. The fact that your situation is different is WHY you need a coach in a community that cares! Your coach will be able to provide specific insight, direction and action steps for the challenges you face. Our team will provide you with thought-provoking education and tools, ask questions, and give you feedback on your actions. This accountability is how your coach can help you tap into your own strength. Even though your coach may not have walked specifically in your shoes; your coach has walked in similar shoes when it comes to health/fitness/mind/body and has helped others who might feel the same way you do.

Will I have access to coaches 24/7 with open communication for help?

1:1 personalized coaching will provide you with having me (Lindsay) in your pocket at all times! I’m here for you and WANT to make this a very successful journey for yourself. Depending on your NEED of accountability/support, you will be placed in a program that suits your needs BEST. This decision is made to guarantee your best results because accountability is usually what’s missing in order for you to succeed. Not all tiers have access to calls, mindset calls, and open communication at all times. However, all tiers of programming will give you access through Trainerize for any workout modifications or adjustments. ALL programs have mandatory WEEKLY check-ins via e-mail!

What do your workouts look like?

You will be set up on a workout platform & easily accessible app (Trainerize). You will have personalized workouts for your goals that fit into your schedule. Whether you are working out in a gym or at home, we got you! We pride ourselves in developing workouts that give you a lean/toned look, strength and functionality. We do NOT like to drill you into the ground with tons of cardio and leave you burnt out with fried adrenals. You can expect strength training 3-5x/week (depending on what you can commit to), cardio requirements based on your needs and changes to your plan every two weeks. We understand that there are all levels of fitness, we gear this to your experience and strength when starting. Modifications and changes can be made throughout entire programming when needed.

I have workout preferences aside from strength training, is this a problem?

Not at all! In fact, we love that you enjoy exercise and encourage you to practice other forms of movement as well! Yoga, pilates, lagree, peloton, spin class, hiking, dancing, etc.. we welcome it with open arms and design your other strength based workouts accordingly! We can even plug in your “extra fun workouts” into your workout schedule so you have everything laid out onto your calendar with NO guess work!


Not looking for any workouts and just need nutrition/macro recommendations? No problem. Let’s chat and see what programming will work for YOU!

Do you work with special dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, no-dairy/gluten, etc..)?

Yes! We do not discriminate against certain food preferences. We commend you for pulling away any foods that cause inflammation, do not serve you and that do not agree with you (sensitivities and intolerances). Depending on how you FEEL and if you get dietary/nutrient/vitamin tests; we offer recommendations on what can help or what to try to avoid.

Do you work with perimenopausal or post menopausal women?

Yes! We work with all ages and all body types (those under 18 need parental/guardian consent). We hold strong values in women’s health and hormones placing emphasis on the health of your endocrine and reproductive system. Age will not be a problem when working with us!

What is the average length of time a client is in BBLA?

Average program duration is 6 months. We have clients who have been with us for over three years and clients who come back frequently! Weddings, bachelorette parties, holidays, postpartum, more body-recomp… you name it! We also have star clients who are very fast learners and become very passionate — some that after 12 weeks, make an incredible transformation and are SET for life!
